Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between your firm and Zelrion Technologies Pvt Ltd for the use of LekhSahay. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your firm.

The service

LekhSahay is software for chartered-accountancy practices: books, GST, TDS, income tax, ROC, payroll, practice management, document reading and client follow-ups. It prepares work and files for you to review.

You stay the professional

• The AI proposes; a person at your firm approves. Nothing is filed with any government portal by us — the service produces files and figures that you check and submit.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you approve and file, and for your professional obligations to your clients.
• Statutory rates, due dates and formats change. We work to keep them current, but you should verify anything material before relying on it.

Your account

• Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your firm’s accounts.
• You must have the right to upload the data you put in, including your clients’ data, and to share it with us for the purpose of providing the service.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to attempt to access another firm’s data, or to disrupt it.

Trial, plans and payment

New firms start with a free trial. After it, continuing to create work needs a paid plan; plans, prices and allowances are shown on the pricing section and in the console. You can upgrade at any time (it applies at once) or move to a smaller plan from your next renewal. For every payment we issue a GST tax invoice in your firm's name, available in the console. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added where applicable. If a payment fails, you can still read and export your data; creating new work is paused until it is fixed. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Your data

Your firm owns its data. Download a complete export at any time from Plan & billing in the console; for 30 days after an account is closed, ask us and we will send it. How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and will announce planned maintenance. It is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your firm paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties or interest arising from filings you approved.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in the console; the subscription stops renewing and access continues to the end of the period you paid for. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or leaves invoices unpaid, after notice where practical.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be raised with us at zelriontech@gmail.com; failing resolution within 30 days, the courts of India have jurisdiction.
